This includes the design of your site including the home page and 1 year domain registration.

| Per Page Rate |

This is the rate for each additional page created after the initial design. If you feel your site is going to be more than 10 pages, contact me and we can work out a fixed price.

| Per Hour Rate |

This is a standard rate for any type of development. There are no limitations to what can be done for this per hour rate including modifying your existing site. This is charged per half hour with no minimum.

| Maintenance Plan |
$400.00 minimum |
We offer a prepay maintenance plan where you can prepay a minimum of $400 and we will work on a quarter hour basis. This plan was created for sites that need small updates on a frequent basis. There is no minimum charge. If your changes require 15 minutes or less, then only $10.00 will be deducted from your pre paid balance.

| Web Hosting |
$100.00 per year |
This will be hosted through my hosting package. I will be your main contact and work with the hosting company to resolve any problems. This includes 25 email addresses, 1GB of storage space, MySQL hosting up to 100 MB and more. There is an additional charge of $1.00 per year for each 10 MB over the original 100.
You can use your own hosting company or I can set you up with a $27.00 discount for your first year with DreamHost.com. If you use your own hosting company, I will need access when we setup your site to test the features. If you use DreamHost.com, I will set everything up for you and turn over your site once it’s live.
